I have been using YOU-CAS for my parents care for over 5 years now. Both my parents have Dementia which has been life changing for our family. I know that the care my parents get daily is beyond the call of duty and they are cared for so well by all the different cares. My Parents see the carers that come into the home as extended family and are very comfortable with them. My Parents have 5 visits aday and i know they are getting the best care possible which leaves me with peace of mind when I cannot be there myself.

There is always a back-up plan if a staff member can’t attend.

I have been very impressed with the support that You-Cas staff have offered to my brother over a number of years now. They are able to offer consistency of support which is a great help and it is clear that they take the time to get to know their clients and work very much on a one to one basis, tailoring the needs. The staff are always very kind and responsive. The communication with me has always been excellent. I have found them extremely reliable and would not hestitate to recommend them.

YOU-CAS provides a home help service for my parents. They have an exceptional member of staff, she is helpful, kind and caring.
The Manager ensured that service was provided swiftly and she is at hand should we need to ask any questions.

My mother is so pleased with YOU-CAS. She gets on well with all the carers and looks forward to their visits. Her main carer goes above and beyond what you would expect. Nothing is too much trouble. The manager is also very professional and caring. If one of the carers cannot visit on a particular day

she will always find a replacement. I, personally, am so grateful to the company. They give me peace of mind that the care my mother receives is of the highest possible quality. Thank you, YOU-CAS.

Very happy with the service provided by YOU-CAS for my mother. She is now in her late 90s, pretty much housebound, though not bed-bound. The manager visited to assess Mum’s needs and has provided a sensible package of two weekly visits, for showering and general care, such as hair-washing etc. All the

carers we have had have been kind, cheerful and very considerate to Mum, and to us as family, and the continuity of having the same few carers has been perfect. It means Mum knows them and trusts them, and they know what she needs – and how to persuade her when she is on a bit of a stubborn day!
We have been using YOU-CAS for over a year now, and can thoroughly recommend them as a care company.

We were recommended by one of the neighbours of my mother, and can’t fault this at all. Fabulous first assessment meeting and the carers have been so thoughtful, kind and very interactive with my mum. My mum started off well and then had some serious health issues and needed moral support as well as physical. Both ladies have been really good. As the daughter, I’m very happy with the weekly visit sheets and the invoice emailed and always prompt and friendly.

YOU-CAS have been providing support to my brother for over a year now. I cannot fault the care the staff give. They are very client-focused and take time to understand their clients’ needs. Being able to see the same staff consistently and at similar times is invaluable and has enabled relationship building and understanding. The staff really do care, are kind and will do whatever they can to help. My brother is very happy with the support and so too am I. I would absolutely recommend YOU-CAS.

I regularly volunteer for You-Cas at 2 of the sites in the area. I really enjoy going and meeting with the clients. You-Cas are very supportive and flexible in my role. You-Cas are an extremely excellent company to work with. I would recommend the company to anybody to work for or receive care etc.
